MODERATOR: And question one is relevant to disarmament of [inaudible]. Ambassador, what concerns do you have about the issue of nuclear weapons today? This is the opening question.
AMBASSADOR THOMAS-GREENFIELD: Excuse me. Thank you for that question. After visiting the museum today, I noted in my early statement that I feel even more committed to ensuring that nuclear weapons never be used again. And so we have to really increase our effort to pressure those countries who have nuclear weapons, such as the United States, never to use those weapons, and to put arms control mechanisms in place. But secondly, we have to ensure that countries like the DPRK not continue their unlawful nuclear weapons programs. And we have to ensure that they be held accountable for their proliferation, as well as work with Russia and China, put pressure on Russia and China to support our efforts to hold the DPRK accountable.
